Wasn’t impressed yesterday with customer service or salesman’s knowledge of the vehicle he was trying to show us. Price was not comparable to other dealers, and did not want to work on price to try to match others advertised pricing. Found everyone to be very unengaged and lackadaisical. Also, salesman was more concerned with trying to show the vehicle that would have been for me to drive, to my husband, which I didn’t appreciate. The whole experience was pleasant from start to finish. I went in ,told them what I wanted and what I expected and came out with more for less money. Awsome place to do buisness.

Went with a friend to look at a 2018 RAV4 advertised at an unusually low price. When we saw the car, it had high miles and obvious damage to the rear lift gate & bumper. When it was brought to the attention to the salesman AND the sales manager, both said there were lots of other vehicles available. BAIT AND SWITCH is unethical and illegal. Very dishonest dealership.
Let me tell you something ! Blake really helped me on getting my truck ! He really went above and beyond for me! Very respectful, down to earth and friendly! My girlfriend bought a Toyota from a different dealership a couple of months ago and she wished she went to Gloucester Toyota, that’s how well they treated us ! 100% you will be happy with them !

Amazing customer service and atmosphere. They were patient with my 3 year old who was getting antsy. They worked with my husband and I to find the right car for our family. Everyone was so kind and welcoming. We will definitely be back when we’re ready to purchase a new car again!
