What a breath of fresh air! I absolutely love it here! Extremely easy booking system (online and on phone), super friendly receptionist, and fabulous and relaxing decor. The employees are talented and respectful - they don't talk amongst themselves. Best of all - they are reasonably priced for the area.

Absolutely horrible visit, I went to relax and get a pedicure. The woman sitting less than a foot away from me talked on her cell phone nearly the entire time. I finally had enough and asked the technician to stop the pedicure. I stopped at the desk to tell them I was leaving. At this point, they finally offered to move me. The place was mostly empty so there was no reason to put anyone right next to each other. I declined and they had the nerve to charge me for a half of a pedicure for cutting my nails and buffing. Gloss is easily the best nail salon on the north shore of Boston, if not the best I've ever been to. Their owner is super organized and keeps the place so clean you could lick the floors. All of the girls are so nice, welcoming and hospitable. You feel like you're at home when you are getting your nails done, which they do a darn good job without rushing. It also smells phenomenal in here due to their herbal treatments. I make sure to recommend gloss whenever I get the chance to!
