RecommendedExperience was great. Everyone was Super friendly and helpful. Made me feel welcomed . Salon was Clean & Sanitary and during this time of COVID environment felt safe. A bit pricey for a mani/pedi. Given that pice point expected a little more from pedicure. All in all though great experience and will be returning

Amazing experience safe clean
Staff did an amazing job adhering to social distancing and making me feel safe. Everything was thoroughly cleaned and sanitized multiple times throughout my visit.
Not my first time there but every time is an amazing experience. I highly recommend Gloss! I love my toes and nails!
I'm new to Massachusetts and received a gift certificate to Gloss. I was nervous to try somewhere new but I immediately felt comfortable in the friendly and welcoming atmosphere. They are very helpful and do an amazing job at very reasonable prices! I have found my new nail salon!!
Everything was super clean, everyone wearing their PPE. Temp taken when we entered and social distancing precautions in place. My daughter and I had lovely pedis and felt very comfortable during this uncomfortable time.
