Glory is the best. We take our 5 and 7 year old kids there for mma and we couldn't be happier. Zak and Tonga are great coaches, great with the kids, and great fighters. They do separate kids and adult classes and their prices are very reasonable.
Glory MMA & Fitness is a great atmosphere for kids and adults. The instructors have a great knowledge of what they are teaching. They are able to break each techniques down for everyone to understand. The class structure is set up to build on your technique from the previous class, so that if you missed one week you wouldn't be lost and confused. Most importantly this gym is for anyone and everyone. The staff and students welcome everyone and encourage each person everyday. (One of the many great qualities of the gym)
Zak is a super guy! Very well rounded fighter, with a bright future ahead!! Great teacher and training partner!!
