My 7 year old son has participated in Glory MMA & BJJ classes for over 3 years. He has learned so many things...Valuable lessons that he applies both inside & outside of the gym. The Glory team has laid a strong foundation for him and he has become a much more coachable kid. He looks up to all of his coaches. They are like family to him!
A great place for your kids to learn self defense. Zak is a great role model and instructor!
Truly an amazing group of people to learn from and train with! Will be back as much as possible!

I took my first glory fit class today and loved it. Great workout and great people. My 5 year old has been doing kids MMA for a couple months here and I'm blown away with how much he is improving. Tonga, Zak and the assistant coaches are all great.
