I have brought my oldest son here (youth classes) since they established a Northland presence & would recommend it to any parent who is actively engaged in their children's future. Much more is taught than just a sport. Lots of positive life lessons and excellent physical activity. Highly recommended.

Great classes for all fitness levels. The instructors are the best in the Midwest and are always excited to help. If anyone is looking for a great place to learn technique and skill this is the place to do it.
