Very knowledgeable and caring doctor and staff
Dr. Caruso is an extremely compassionate physician. She really listens to your questions and does not rush you. It's really nice to see a doctor that is genuinely friendly. It is obvious that she loves what she does!
I was so excited to go to Dr. Caruso because she came so highly recommended but was unfortunately really disappointed in my care. At my appointment, they were unable to access any previous records from their own hospital which led to a wasted appointment. Then, she never called me even though she said she would. She messaged me through MyChart a whole week later, but provided no information about what my scans showed and told me to just follow the diet modifications she recommended. My first screening experience with Dr. Caruso was at the end of Dec 2019. She was friendly, caring and thorough. I have had many gastro screenings over the years and have been happy with DMG gastro.
