9 months later and the salesman still knows me. Took my Transit in for an oil change and really was comfortable the whole time. Even got a quick inspection and suggestions as to what needs done. Thanks to all. If and when I need another vehicle I will check Glockner of South Point first.

My husband and I got a 2016 F-150 today from Glockners and we're very satisfied with the truck. Everyone at the dealership was really nice, and our salesman Terry Howard was terrific.
My sister bought a new 2016 Ford Focus a few weeks ago. The engine light came on and she brought it back. They said it was safe to drive and ordered a censor. She drove it to Gallipolis Ohio and it broke down today. A piece of crap! I am surprised in Ford and this dealership. They brought the car around to the door when she bought it and said "here...you don't need to test drive it." The salesman said a few more things etc etc. She believed him. It takes alot for me to give a bad review to any business. With that said I do want you to know that I had a horrific experience here. My Ford Fusion was taken to SPF in January for a recall where I was told it was fine.I knew it wasnt fine because I could smell gas in the car. A day later it was still the same way and I had to call Ford Motor Company to demand it be rechecked. SPF rechecked it and said oh it failed the test now so we have to keep it for repairs which are not expected to take place until September. Being fai... read more
I would not advise anyone to use the Ford dealership in south point. Since July 5th they have had my Lincoln MKX for 3 weeks returning it to me on 3 separate occasions. Each time the breaks going out on me 2 times with my kids & nieces in the car. Got my car back Saturday FINALLY & yesterday while driving to a 4 way stop signs my breaks GO OUT COMPLETELY with Xander & Henry in the car. I swear I had a heart attack! They was nice and very helpful with the process but i have only had my car 3 weeks and had to put it in the shop which cost me $200 and still didn't fix it. I even had the extented warranty.
