As far as the sales department goes, they were great when I bought my car. The customer service is terrible and not willing to work with me and my issue. I took my car to the dealership to have be remote start fixed. I told them that some days it works, some days it does not. After waiting an hour, they told me they found nothing wrong with the remote start and that it worked for them. Well of course when I get home, I tried it again and it doesn't work.
