I have been a patient with Dr Acon for years. She has never changed. Always patient, compassionate, empathetic and kind. Her personal attributes combined with her medical expertise makes her, in my opinion, the best in her profession. The office manager Griselle and the rest of the staff are friendly and supportive. The office space and rooms are clean and tidy. They take pride in what they do. I highly recommend New Day Ob/Gyn.

My experience with this doctor office and Alicia Acon was amazing. They made me feel completely comfortable and cared for from start to finish. The staff was kind, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I left feeling reassured and confident in their care.

I called this office to schedule an appointment and had a very negative experience. The staff on the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional. They refused to schedule me until I obtained notes from another provider, even though there was more than enough time to secure them before the appointment. As someone who works in medical billing and deals with insurance rules daily, I know the information they gave me about my insurance coverage was completely inaccurate. I’ve had a wonderful experience at New Day OBGYN. Dr. Acon is an excellent listener who truly cares about her patients and takes the time to address all questions and concerns. The office staff is friendly, professional, and goes out of their way to keep everything organized, including insurance matters. Highly recommend!
