I called this office to schedule an appointment and had a very negative experience. The staff on the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional. They refused to schedule me until I obtained notes from another provider, even though there was more than enough time to secure them before the appointment. As someone who works in medical billing and deals with insurance rules daily, I know the information they gave me about my insurance coverage was completely inaccurate. I’ve had a wonderful experience at New Day OBGYN. Dr. Acon is an excellent listener who truly cares about her patients and takes the time to address all questions and concerns. The office staff is friendly, professional, and goes out of their way to keep everything organized, including insurance matters. Highly recommend!
We love Dr. Acon and all the workers at New Day. Throughout my wife’s pregnancy, delivery, and after, they have always treated us with respect and kindness, and always helped us with everything we needed. I don’t know how anyone could give a negative review to these wonderful people. We will keep using New Day as long as we possibly can.

Dr. Acon and her team are amazing. Everyone in the office is very friendly and compassionate. Dr. Acon is very gentle and explains everything that she is doing and she always puts me an ease being that this is my first pregnancy. 10/10
