If it wasn't for the front desk they would have 5 stars from me. The girl at the front desk is rude I almost walked out before my appointment. I'm glad I stayed because everyone else past the front desk is phenomenal!
Love Dr Acon very down to earth and attentive. Doesn’t rush through like some doctors do. Felt that I had her undivided attention. Office staff are very nice and professional. Not sure what happened with the negative review but that was not my experience. I was recommended by a friend who also thinks very highly of her. I’m happy I found a good GYN doctor.
The receptionist is extremely rude. The way she talks to the people is unacceptable.

I waited 6 months to leave this review because I didn't want my negative emotions to get in the way, I want to be as objective as possible. Dr. Akon: She was open to hearing my questions and willing to answer them. Overall, a good professional. Front desk: A young lady with a rude attitude: not welcoming, no smile, like she didn't want to deal with people. It's not about being "nice", it's about doing customer service the right way.
