Terrible office manager tried calling to help discuss matter to clear things up and from the start u could feel the rudeness through the phone . Gives misleading info to pts for matters that respectfully she has no medical knowledge about. This is why they have 2 starts. Until they don’t change the manager no more of our pts will be referred here. Pls save yourselves from this terrible office manager . Glad I’m not the only one who experienced this first hand. Pls get her fired, all love from another pcp office.
Seeing all the reviews, I know I am not the only one here with issues with the manager. Dr. Acon thank you for your service. You are very kind and patient. You also explain things so well for me. But truth be told, your office manager has a nasty attitude and clearly a bad reputation. And sadly Your office will fail because of that lady. They shared personal medical records, disregarded even when I denied consent. I gave written and verbal warnings not to release. They did it completely going against my privacy and consent. I am moving forward legally to ensure this doesn’t happen to others.
I’m reading the reviews and this is hilarious, the worst management office ever the lady on the phone is super rude, I remember who she is (obviously) you don’t forgot a person like that. One time at the office she told me to wear a mask that I didn’t have and I asked her for one then she said. We don’t have mask for patients that cost money.
