The doctor amazing front desk and check out no customer service my appointment was scheduled for 3pm came before waited 45 minutes to be called when patient who appointment 3:15 got called before, when ask why says she says they are before you and was really after

This is a predatory practice, pregnant women beware. They will cancel office visits last minute to force you to "contract giving birth with them". This should be illegal. In response to the below comment from the owner. Quoting their office manager today. "You don't have to sign the contract, but then you don't havre an appointment. "

If it wasn't for the front desk they would have 5 stars from me. The girl at the front desk is rude I almost walked out before my appointment. I'm glad I stayed because everyone else past the front desk is phenomenal!

Love Dr Acon very down to earth and attentive. Doesn’t rush through like some doctors do. Felt that I had her undivided attention. Office staff are very nice and professional. Not sure what happened with the negative review but that was not my experience. I was recommended by a friend who also thinks very highly of her. I’m happy I found a good GYN doctor.
