Global Meals is poorly managed. Although i noted last summer i do not want the "Good Fortune or Chinese food, I received it today. The other box was a whole box of Potato Blintzes, a side dish, not a meal. When i called, the customer service rep Vic was completely rude to me, placing the blame on me telling me that i was on a standard rotation. The meals use to be very good now there not good at all not to mention you are very lucky if you get your correct order! Since the “new chief “ the meals suck!!

Thank you to the entire staff! Your help with making our mother's last days on earth, we can't put into words! She enjoyed very meal immensely! Our driver has a heavy accent & we were still able to communicate properly; very nice young man! Customer service, made ordering easy & their knowledge of diets & the food offered, I was impressed! Keep up the caring commitment; may God continue to bless you all now & after this pandemic!
