After being a customer for four weeks, I am satisfied with the delivery service. The handsome delivery person is nice, friendly and professional. The sandwiches are pretty good, although I am not a sandwich person. Most times, I take one piece of the bread off or use a fork and eat the meal inside. Looking forward to tasting other meals I see in your Menu booklet. Keep up the good work and thanks for being available to seniors.

After using another company for over two years, we changed companies because the meal quality had degraded to the point that the meals were inedible. We were at the point of ordering the same two meals over and over because they were the only two meals my son would eat.We have used Global Meals for the last two months and they are fantastic. The quality, variety, and customer service are all outstanding. Every meal has been good and some have been outstanding. The variety is wonderful. I LOVE THE FROZEN MEALS THEY ARE DELIVERING NOW, JUST LIKE IN THE STORES, LEAN CRUSINE, *****************************, ETC. KEEP IT UP, AND I WILL BE YOUR CUSTOMER FOR LIFE.

Not happy about the delivery services, the driver always late no respect for my time they need a signature can't leave meals even if I put out a cooler and give consent.Many of us don't neighbors that will take deliveries.

Covid schmovid!! When i order something i expect to get it!! Dissatisfied and not wanting more of the same substitutions, i call to change my order three days ahead of delivery day and am told i have to wait until the following week to get it!! ARGH!!!

I have tried several other “caterers” and they each had pros and cons. Global comes in #2: I am elderly and have no teeth and am a little picky about my food. Global food is generally GOOD but it is somewhat restrictive because of the way it is structured. I may only like 3-4 meals out of the 7 in that particular week. That means I am throwing out 3-4 meals in a week. Other services have more of an ala carte menu so there is not so much food waste.
