Cancelled Reservation on us with 2 weeks before for no reason , and did not even bother to help us find a new place. Do not deal with these crooks unless you want your trip ruined!
Absolutely HORRIBLE service/scam activity. I reserved a gorgeous apartment in Miami for my upcoming birthday weekend with this rental company on VRBO. They did not have the "request to book"option, only "instant confirmation." Reviews were decent and it was available on the weekend I needed. I clicked book, got the confirmation on VRBO, email from the Global Grand email with instructions for check in, charges already pending on my bank account within an hour of clicking "book." Gina and Roberto have rented a house on E-lake where I live and are now renting it on airbnb for short term rentals. Their renters are illegally using our lake with jet ski's, having large parties when it is not allowed and they refuse do do anything about it. They have no regard to the people who own homes and live here. I do not recommend them. Morally they are not good people just out to make money at any cost.
