Global Fitness is the best! I feel motivated as soon as I walk in the door! Zumba is awesome and I can't wait to try out H.I.T. I also hear wonderful things about Yoga!!! ❤️Thank you all and especially Tina for trying to whip me into shape!
Wonderful! This is my first week and I've never felt so welcomed at a gym! It's great to feel supported by people you don't personally know right when you walk in! Great environment and great people with no judgment!! ❤️ it!!! Being sore never felt so good!
