I enjoyed the exercise class I attended. The teacher was very nice and friendly as were all the people in the class. The workout was a good workout, but not so hard that I couldn't do it. I was able to do the exercises and felt I accomplished what I went there for. I will go back.
Not just a gym! It’s a family!! Love the encouragement I get from Tina and all my workout buddies! �
