It has done wonder for me alone with Zumba hat off to Stacy, Portia, Jackie M, Vet and a course Tina Goodwin and Staff have lost great inches and weight
Great gym for lifting. Plenty of equipment is available. Gym is clean and organized. Staff is friendly.
I was so intimidated by the thought of joining a gym, until I walked in to Global. Everyone is so nice and always there if you need a helping hand! Not once have I felt out of place. They have truly changed my life!
