I love it. My favorite is Pandys high Intensity workout Tuesday thursdays at 7-8pm. And Saturdays at 8am except the first Saturday of each month. It has changed my life!
This is more then just a gym, these folks will welcome you in as family! It truly is the best gym experience I've ever had!
They keep charging me for a membership and I haven’t been to that gym in a year😡 I have already called 3 times to tell them to stop charging me and to cancel.

Great gym, old school mixed with new era equipment. The staff is amazing and always available for questions.
