Repairs not done, or not till done after multiple calls, texts, emails. Added a garbage collection fee, which was not part of the lease, with less then 2 weeks notice to pay. Tried to raise the rent by $100, without proper notification. Doesn't send out water bills, then tacks them to the rent payment when I've already paid it, and sent them the receipt. Be smart, unless you're handy and don't mind spending your own money to maintain upkeep of their property, don't rent from them!
