Global Carpet picked up and delivered my carpet. This was a big help for me since the pick up was at my old house and delivery was at my new residence. The work was done in a very short time, and the cleaning was thorough. They had to move furniture at both "ends" and did so carefully. The workers were really rofessional Highly recommend them.
Global Carpet are true professionals, that made life extremely easy for me and my family. When our basement flooded, them quickly removed the damaged carpet, padding and person items. They checked and treated for mold and placed dryer into place for mold prevention. Within the week, our replacement carpet and padding was ordered and installed. I heigh recommend this company. Yes, we would use them again. In fact, they will be the first company we're going to call if we need any type of flooring.
We hired Global Carpet Cleaning to get some tough stains out of our couch and chair. We thought they were ruined, but Global Carpet Cleaning was able to remove the stains and get the fabric to look like new! We will definitely use them again for this service.
We are very happy with the carpet cleaning Daniel provided. The light carpet looks so fresh and clean! We are amazed at how great the carpet on the stairs looks! Wish we had done it sooner. Daniel arrived as promised, even a bit early, and was very thorough, efficient and friendly. We will be happy to have him return next year.
They came out to give a quote, hired them on the spot, and did a good job.
We have some light colored upholstered furniture so discolored from skin and hair oil that we thought we'd have to get rid of it. Well, Daniel from Global worked his butt off and not only got the furniture clean, it looks essentially restored. And, I don't know if this is typical, but we got same day service. Now, instead of the furniture being banished to a back room, we can once again proudly display it in the living room. Thank you Daniel!
I was surprised when they were able to clean the area rug right away on my deck (expected them to take it away to clean it). It was a very dirty rug (hand me down, which we had considered taking to the dump). Global employees nworked hard to clean it and did so successfully.
The team did an excellent job with cleaning all of our carpets. They were prompt, on time, and very knowledgeable of their service.
During hurricaine Sandy my basement flooded and was filled with water. My insurance company was not being very helpful in coordinating water removal services and repairs at the time. I called Service Magic after unsuccessfully trying to seek assistance through the yellow pages.
