I am very pleased! Daniel restored my beige sofa to the way it looked when I first brought it home four years ago. He arrived the same day I called--which was a pleasant surprise. He is a real pro. I highly recommend him.

very quick response, very courteous and helpful staff. My only issue was that the charges were maybe 25% higher than quoted. My rug had some staining that I did not specify in asking for a quote and Global seemed to have addressed those stains in doing the cleaning. I in fact believe I got good value for the money, but still would have liked a phone call to explain the extra charges in advance. Would use them again, definitely.

Daniel and his team just finished a restoration after our hot water heater leaked all over the basement. The team did a fantastic job, and were wonderfully friendly and efficient, going well above and beyond the call of duty to provide truly exceptional service.

My rugs were picked up at the time promised but returned 2 hours after promised. They were nicely cleaned but I felt the price was escalated and I had to bargain with them. On the phone I was told $1.99 to $3.50 per square foot with a 15 to 20% discount for more than one rug. When he arrived to get the rugs he looked at a small section of one rug (they were all rolled) and said it would be $3.50. Global Carpet first came to do two of my carpets, both a wall-to-wall and a rug that they took with them. When they returned the beautifully cleaned rug on the exact date and time that they said they would, I liked the job they had done so much that I asked them to come back and clean my couches and another rug. They were professional and friendly, and did very nice work. Daniel arrived at the agreed time and picked up my oriental rug. It was returned at the promised time and day and the results were excellent.
