The tile and grout job was excellent. Daniel cleaned a really dirty grey and white tile perfectly, removing 8 years of grime. While he was here, he also cleaned my couch , chair and ottoman at an affordable price with excellent results. I will definitely have them back again to refresh my home!!!!!
He stuck to the price he quoted. I have had previous experiences where they charged more to get the spots out.
Make sure you get an accurate estimate! They do great work, but he came to my house and gave me an estimate without actually measuring the rugs. When came to take my rugs away, he told the measurements and the rugs were all much larger than he estimated and the cost went up a fair amount! Otherwise good results and friendly, fast service.
This is the second time I used Global to clean my rugs and wall-to-wall carpet, and once again, I couldn't be happier with both their service and their product. They showed up right when they said they would, cleaned until it looked new again what was a very, very dirty carpet thanks to some renovation work, and charged me a reasonable price. You can't go wrong with hiring Global.

Pick up and delivery had easy communication with Daniel via text. Less than a week turnaround.
Daniel was very knowledgeable. I wish he had a helper. If I wasn't there to help things would have not gone as well. Service people need to be a little more gentle when in someone else's home.
