The pros were personable and professional in knowledge and workmanship.
I think it was a bit costly but the quality of work and the speedy response balanced that out.

Our carpet was in pretty bad shape and now it looks awesome! We had some stains that I did not think would come out, not only did they come out - the carpet looks in almost new shape! Daniel worked very hard to make sure we were pleased with the results and followed up with a phone call to see how we liked his work. We had a bit of logistic problems and only did a phone quote, upon arrival the quote changed quite a bit. The technician was very competent and did a good job. However the person with whom I made the arrangement over the phone was misleading. He provided an estimate which was grossly inaccurate requiring me to re-negotiate w/the technician. Not nice for him and not pleasant for me.

Would have helped to get a price estimation up front, but overall the service was good and I was satisfied.
