Daniel arrived on time and was extremely friendly. He did an excellent job cleaning both our oversized Belgian linen couch and rug. Will hire again.
They was too expensive and they would not check on their work that was done. The room had a smell to it, it called them back and he said the it could be mold. Knowing the fact that checked for it before it was done. He should had said that before he did the project and was paid.
Daniel was, hands down, the most professional person I have hired to do any service work. He promptly called me to confirm appointment and communicated with me regularly, as needed. He showed up right one time, was very pleasant in person and did a magnificent job cleaning our very dirty carpet. He is quite knowledgable in the area of carpets and cleaning methods.
They did a good job.
Daniel was very responsive and super helpful during a very frustrating time. Really helping make the best of a flooding situation.
It was extremely expensive! The work was fine, no complaints, but I believe it should not have been any where near what we paid.
