This service was not cheap. But they came on the same day, communication was very good, and they did as good a job as anyone could have done. When the stain didn’t come out, I was even given a discount on the service. The damage was simply permanent, so there was nothing more to do. But they did everything they could. I would use this company again. They were very nice!

Exceptionally prompt, professional and comprehensive. Not cheap, but probably industry standard prices and frankly you get what you pay for. Great results.
Daniel was so helpful and responsive! They cleaned my area rug offsite and helped me put it back upon delivery! Not an easy job! Would use again for sure!!!
Daniel and his team did a great. He came out quickly to give an in-person estimate, gave the best price and returned the carpets within a few days. The carpets look great too.
I have used Global twice now for water damages following sump pump failures during floods. The first time I had carpet and the second time I had a tile floor. Both times, my drywall needed to be partly cut out and the area thoroughly dried for several days. Daniel - very professional and a genuinely nice man - was very quick to respond, very thorough in his work, and offered additional advice to improve the water situation at my home. Their prices are very reasonable and I recommend them very highly.
