I don’t really have a whole lot of good things to share about my experience. Joining was horrendous. All I wanted was to join so that I could use their tanning beds for an event. They went through their very extensive collection of lotions and products, and each time I said I was not interested, they kept asking “well what about at least this” or “I really think you need to at least use this.” It got to the point where the person helping me started to show she was none too happy that I wasn’t wanting to purchase anything. Wanted to join again. I had a previous membership and have been through their orientation, and didn’t want to spend 45 minutes with them , only to buy lotions and goggles, etc. They insisted I go through what I had been through before, which is their orientation, and I understand safety protocol. But, this is a combination of that, and upselling products. I recommend tan your moon !
I enjoy going at least 2-3x a week. All of the staff are super friendly and helpful. I initially started going for red light therapy but have enjoyed the tanning beds as well and the wellness pods. Definitely recommend, my co-worker signed up after hearing me rave about all the benefits!
Don’t offer a phone # if the only person who will answer is a VA in the Philippines. I had a question for a specialist at one of the stores just regarding tanning lotion products because I’m trying to buy something for my wife before Christmas and she only uses yall stuff…. but I can’t ever reach a store and they’re like 15 miles away from me so I’d rather not have to drive all the way up there but the poor young lady that always answers the phone I know damn well she’s never tanned a day in her life in a bed outside that ph... read more
