The front staff was very friendly and helpful answered all my questions that I had and wait time was not too long. The Dr I saw was very good at explaining treatment to me that was needed and why it was important and was able to start treatment on the same day, had no discomfort after treatment was done. Over all I had a great experience would definitely recommend this office if you are looking for a gentle dentist.
Thanks for seeing me last minute and fixing my root canal (done by another dentist!) I will come back

Excellent customer service and professionalism. The doctor and hygienist was very gentle while working on my mouth.
I was very happy with my first visit. Dr. Thai was incredibly nice and sympathetic in explaining the problems I had and the solutions that were available.
Overall, great dentistry at affordable prices. Dr. Thai told me things about my dental health that previous doctors had never mentioned and quoted rates for some cosmetic work that were less than other CA dentists.

This is the right office for anyone who is a little nervous about visiting the Dentist. The entire staff is amazing and accomodating, and Dr. Tai teaches you regarding her assessment and plan using x-rays and drawings.
