Couldn't ask for a better place to live We've been here for just over 2 years now and besides the beautiful pet-friendly apartment, in-unit laundry, complex amenities, and neighborhood ... we have been SO impressed with the speed at which and professionalism with which the Hawthorn Club team (Laura, Rich, Fred, and others!) responds to maintenance requests. If I could give zero stars I would! They had us sign our lease and welcome letter , get renters insurance, set up accounts just for them to tell us they couldn’t approve our application. 2 HOURS BEFORE WE WERE SUPPOSE TO MOVE! They are slow about EVERYTHING. I had to call numerous times just for them to send over our welcome letter . The management is terrible . Save your 350 it’s not worth it !!!
Good luck you’re on your OWN This apartment complex is pretty on the outside but useless after hours. I’ve had my AC break down in the middle of the summer and no one came to fix it even though they claim to have maintenance on sight 24/7. Then, on a cold night, I locked myself out of my apartment and they claimed they “don’t assist with lockouts after hours” leaving me out in 50° weather to figure it out. So if you move here: know once you sign those papers, and if anything happens, YOU'RE ON YOUR OWN. SAD.
Awful community and office staff is not present No one would point me in the direction of the leasing office, they never answer my calls, when I went to apply for a unit the supervisor and “some other people” are gone. I was unable to even sign a lease here, let alone will I ever even bother trying to contact the leasing office.

STAY AWAY TONS of roaches and criminal activity. NO help from the leasing office, my property has been damaged 5 times by the criminals in the parking lot and the leasing office does not care. STAY AWAY 0/5 stars.

don’t do it. just don’t. I know it’s cheap but it’s seriously not even worth it. The minute we moved in there had been issues and things took forever to get fixed. We weren’t allowed to see the apartment before we signed the lease and when we came to move in they were still cleaning so we had to wait another two hours, and when we got there, there was cockroaches that took about a month or two to get rid of and there’s no lights in the bedrooms or living room so you have to bring your own lights to see at night. Great place to live Thank you for all the fun stuff this summer. My mother enjoyed getting to meet other residents at the BBQ. She loves living at hawthorn and I am very happy to know she lives in a very nice community with a great staff. Maintenance is like no other, if my mother needs something taken care of the men are there the same day. It is also very easy to reach the manager, she responds to emails almost immediately. Keep up the great work hawthorn club.
Honest review You get charged for community fees for the amenities that have been under renovation for 12 months now. This means there is NO laundry facilities, pool, fitness center, or clubhouse like they advertise on the website. RUN!!

Roaches and False Amenities This place has roaches and is charging for amenities that do not exist in any capacity. They are simply playing the "it's coming soon" game which allows them to continue pocketing the money. They are plenty nice while they rope you into a contract you will soon wish to break
