My experience with Glen was amazing. The community is super quiet and laid back. The staff is so welcoming. It feels good to live somewhere peaceful, clean and pleasant staff. I’m happy i chose such an amazing community to live in. Ask for Kiarra she’s the sweetest and so helpful.
If I could give a zero i would. The leasing agent, Kieera (the woman with the light brown knotless braids and brown Ray-Ban glasses), was extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. She claimed she couldn’t provide any information because the property manager wasn’t there and said the office phones were down with no idea when they’d be working again. Kiara Bowden the leasing manager has been excellent at giving me the greatest service. Great job
I want to give Kiarra 5 stars. A lot of my concerns would be met with “I will add the discrepancy to your ledger so you won’t be charged during move-out” if it was not for her. I am new here and still learning everyone. However, Kiarra is more understanding and seems to move the needle on real deal concerns than others I encountered. She will at-least try and advocate for her tenants and I think that causes her to be stretched thin ..( I know I only go to her for most of my concerns anyway).
