So disappointed I've been at this property for 2 years and since the management switch it's horrible the elevator is always broken, the garbage isn't always picked up, and if the work order isn't urgent I guess it won't get done. I'm so ready to move

Bugs!!! Just moved here and the amount of critters I’ve seen in my unit is outrageous! Centipedes, crickets, the list goes on but the ROACHES!!!! I’ve tried everything but they won’t go away! Pest control told us to try boric acid as well. Still no help.
so many roaches and waterbugs There’s bugs all in the hallways outside of the door, crawling around. I moved in and within a couple of days started seeing signs of babies and adults all throughout the apartment me and my fiancé are very clean people so after the extermination we expected not to see anymore only to Seymour that same day. The extermination does not work these apartments need to be fully exterminated inside and out.
Terrible Property Management - Peagus I would never recommend this property, especially for the price. You could get something much better. There is trash in the garage that has been sitting there for the past couple of months. They don’t clean the hallways. There is a huge dumpster sitting on the property that causes gnats to seep into your apartment. Not to mention, there is a refrigerator that has been sitting next to the dumpster for an entire week. Not Worth the Hassle to Move Here The property manager and her communication is terrible. I have been having issues with the apartment since they have owed me a reimbursement that I have not gotten even after moving out. I t has been 4 months since moving and I am still having issues with the property manager responding to messages and getting things done.

Not what was expected Apartment looks like it’s been unoccupied for a while. It’s not what was expected being that they show you a renovated apartment with no carpet. Cabinets falling apart along with countertops peeling. I should have considered another complex. Ladies in the office are very nice and professional though.

Best Place I Have Lived! I cannot say enough about the amazing experience I have had here at Hawthorn Apartments. Phenomenal staff, maintenance team, neighbors, and beautiful units! I couldn’t be more pleased to be part of the Hawthorn community! I was truly taken back by the warm welcome that I received upon moving in, and it was truly a breath of fresh air.
