Poor Customer Service Not satisfied with the way management handles issues. Our A/C was out for 10 days in the middle of the summer and we were given a portable A/C unit for the bedroom only. The entire apartment outside of the bedroom was over 80 degrees. I felt that we should've been compensated for those days but they stated that they don't reimburse for "inconvenience". The manager and corporate manager had very nasty attitudes and it was basically brushed off like our complaint didn't matter. We also have a 2 month old ... read more
