Poor Customer Service Not satisfied with the way management handles issues. Our A/C was out for 10 days in the middle of the summer and we were given a portable A/C unit for the bedroom only. The entire apartment outside of the bedroom was over 80 degrees. I felt that we should've been compensated for those days but they stated that they don't reimburse for "inconvenience".
