My experience at Glenwood Pet Hospital with Dr. Pierce and the GPH staff was great. From the moment I entered the building , the staff knew the special needs of my standard poodle. We use a special entrance and exit hallway because Pierre can overreact to other dogs. It makes the vet visit SO much calmer for both of us. Dr Pierce examined the dog and arranged for his scheduled vaccines. He had a positive attitude toward the dog. We discussed my concerns and discussed the plan to deal with those. This clinic was the only vet clinic I could find that has an emergency service. My 18 year old cat became ill on a Saturday night and I called many vets early Monday morning and none had any appointments for emergencies. Unfortunately I had to put my cat to sleep and the staff there were wonderful and compassionate. I will definitely use them in the future for any pet. Wendy Havern
