My dog is obnoxiously friendly, and sometimes I feel bad because he wants to greet and see everyone. Your front desk staff was great with him and let him jump up with his front paws on the counter so they could pet his face. The friendliness of everyone else was just as good. My baby is 13 and I'm not sure how much more time I have with him, and everyone being so kind and friendly to him means the world. Highly recommend for exotic owners!! Dr. Scott is extremely knowledgeable, meticulous, and versatile. Dr. Davis is great too and follows Dr. Scott's protocols as necessary. Receptionists are very friendly and organized. Technicians are experienced and attentive. You may have to wait longer, but it is because they are so thorough in ensuring each patient is properly examined and treated. Thank you to the entire Glenwood staff for saving Rosie! She ate a foreign object that got lodged in her intestines. This was her second object removal surgery, the first being 5 years ago at a different vet. To say this was a MUCH better experience is an understatement. I’m so glad we switched to Glenwood. The entire staff was fantastic. They made me feel at ease and their communication throughout the entire process was fantastic. Rosie is home and doing great!
Dr. Weaver made our first vet visit very easy. She was responsive to our questions and concerns, gentle with our cat, and made us feel confident we are providing good care to our pet. The office was so clean and comfortable. I was expecting to see a bunch of animals in the waiting room, making Bersi nervous for his first visit. But it was a calm, empty space that relieved a lot of our stress with his first appointment. I would recommend this practice and Dr. Weaver to anyone!
Our dog was limping and we were seen right away. The staff treated us like we were friends and Dr. Pierce was simply the best. Super clean with no odor. Incredible respect and caring, can't imagine going anywhere else
