RecommendedThe best hotel I’ve stayed in hands down! My first trip to Atlanta back in November last year was awesome thanks to the kind staff. My flight arrived early and thankfully I was able to check in to my room before time. The room was clean to perfection and the room service was impeccable. The sky lounge was beautiful too! I can’t wait to go back. It’s right in the heart of the best tourist destinations and food spots. Thank you, Glenn Hotel!
Wonderful Room, Fabulous Staff, Excellent Service
Had a wonderful time at the Glenn, even extended our stay. We always have the best service when we visit, but I want to recognize our bellman Jaime in particular. He is warm, friendly, helpful, and always makes sure we are taken care of. There are a lot of hotels in Atlanta to choose from, but because of the service, we continue to stay at the Glenn.
Excellent Staff! We stayed here for our anniversary night and they went above and beyond to make our stay truly memorable. The Sky Lounge rooftop is worth the stay. Great views of the city. Great service. Even though we only live 30 minutes away we will definitely find a reason to stay at The Glenn Hotel again. Thank you for making our anniversary stay amazing.

Couldn't get in touch with a front desk manager about my reservation date and how they increased my rate $57 more dollars. it's the principle of the fact and they are doing nothing to resolve it.
The customer service was good. The food was good, except for the waffle. The decorations were jazzy. I liked that! The room was really small though. It was in a prime location! Right between 2 parks downtown.
