I have rented with Glendale Development for the last 10 years and I can honestly say I never been so satisfied with a rental property. Don’t get me wrong all places have there goods and bad but overall I have experienced nothing but good things with them. When I send in a work order I usually get a response within 2-3 days and let’s not talk about how awesome the maintenance workers are.
To be completely honest one of the best decisions I made this year , they are so welcoming, Georgianna was the best with communication and moving process, honest, just overall accommodating. They hold their word to all service obligation, maintenance is readily available and on time. I’ve never had an issue, that was not address in a timely fashion. Overall a great company to do business with, providing that you have the necessary credentials, to do business, and/or live in their communities!
We recently worked with Stephanie to pick a new place to rent. She made the experience easy and stress free for our family. I would recommend renting from Glendale Communities.

Glendale-Lincoln Park services has been concise and clear with our moving process beautiful 3 bedroom 1 bath duplex spacious basement cozy home feel you will need maybe storage shelves for canned goods/boxed items if you have glassware and plasticware taking up your main cabinet space I cook a lot so there’s that lol only speaking from my perspective shared parking but the driveway is big enough for both sides.
