Chili Gardens are the worst complex apartments I have ever lived in. When I asked the property manager before we moved over here did they have new floor boards,they looked at me like a deer caught in head lights. Management was unprofessional and rude on most phone interactions, and simply getting a work order submitted often required multiple calls because no one was available or responsive. Maintenance itself was not the issue — the staff was clearly overworked and under‑informed — but management’s negligence meant repairs were delayed or ignored. After living at The Windsor for five years, my experience ended with what I believe was unfair and targeted treatment from both certain tenants and management. Rather than objectively investigating repeated complaints, management seemed to accept accusations at face value without providing evidence supporting the accusations, ignoring the evidence that was provided by myself (former tenant) and failed in giving me a meaningful opportunity to address the concerns.
