I rent a garage from Glendale Alberta SquarePants other than the fact that they keep sending me computer generated messages monthly stating my rent is due and to pay it so I don’t have late fees they have been great now they r saying I we $5.33 rent overdue on my garage which I don’t I have no issues with them and they haven’t called me Back yet to fix this issue , my rent has been paid every month two Weeks Before its due

I have rented with Glendale Development for the last 10 years and I can honestly say I never been so satisfied with a rental property. Don’t get me wrong all places have there goods and bad but overall I have experienced nothing but good things with them. When I send in a work order I usually get a response within 2-3 days and let’s not talk about how awesome the maintenance workers are.

To be completely honest one of the best decisions I made this year , they are so welcoming, Georgianna was the best with communication and moving process, honest, just overall accommodating. They hold their word to all service obligation, maintenance is readily available and on time. I’ve never had an issue, that was not address in a timely fashion. Overall a great company to do business with, providing that you have the necessary credentials, to do business, and/or live in their communities!
