My partner and I had an amazing experience with Glendale communities. Quick to respond to issues, and extremely accommodating. Hannah was a fantastic help to us and our apartment was professionally cleaned before we moved in. Amazing to work with! The new management is excellent and they are doing an amazing job!
My family and I just moved in recently and we couldn’t have asked for a better move in experience. Everyone was super helpful and answered all questions we had. Everything was clean and updated as well!
They do not respond when you have complaints they just ignore the emails. Been complaining for over 2 months and no response at all. Seem like they are just money hungry.
My wife and I just moved in this past November and we could not be more pleased with our townhome. Georgianna was fantastic, professional and extremely punctual in everything she did. Any questions or concerns we had before moving in she answered. We have had a few maintenance issues but they were very nice and very quick to come out and take care of our problems. I would definitely recommend renting a townhome from here.
Lincoln Duplexes are terrible you can hear everything your neighbor does. The walls are paper thin. When your neighbor goes up the stairs or jumps around the whole house shakes. And when you complain nothing will get done.
