Horrible staff especially you know who...
I cracked a tooth last night, called first thing this morning, and I was in and out and professionally repaired by 1pm today!! I was not an existing patient there before, but I will be now! Everyone is so nice, knowledgeable, flexible, and kind! Such a pleasant and peaceful morning, even with a broken tooth! Thank you so much again!
Dr. Salwin and hia staff are amazing! I used to dislike going to the dentist..now I look forward to it!!
They are always honest. They will always try to get you in. Front desk wary of new patients, forced conversation, warmed up. Remember, they are the ones who deliver good & bad information. They are the ones who take all the yelling (mine included) with a smile on their faces.
Roger is the best hygienist. Not only are my teeth clean but he gives great advice how to maintain a healthy mouth.
They're rude and don't let family support their family in the room. One of my family members wanted her mom in the room and they wouldn't allow it due to the fact there's no room last time I checked the patient has the right to say who's allowed in room. Then she had a panic attack. If this was a child I'd be running back whether they like it or not!
I have been going to the Glendale Dental Group on and off for 20 years. I have tried others, just because of location, but always keep coming back. Dr. GARY and his staff are like family. I am so excited that in about 6 months, i will have a whole new smile and confidence! Thank you team!
