I called to make an appointment for tooth pain. Spoke with Sandra and gave her my insurance information. She said she’d verify my insurance and call back. When Sandra called back, she told me that although I had insurance, I’d have to pay for my services up front and in full. Im DISGUSTED with how they treated my mom, They discriminated her and told her not to speak in Spanish. My parents have been going there for 20 years and my mother is an American Citizen who understands everything in English just cant speak fluently. To have this happen to your own mom would upset anyone. This is AMERICA! AMERICA doesn't have one set language! We have the freedom to talk in any language we want! Horrible staff especially you know who...
I cracked a tooth last night, called first thing this morning, and I was in and out and professionally repaired by 1pm today!! I was not an existing patient there before, but I will be now! Everyone is so nice, knowledgeable, flexible, and kind! Such a pleasant and peaceful morning, even with a broken tooth! Thank you so much again!
Dr. Salwin and hia staff are amazing! I used to dislike going to the dentist..now I look forward to it!!
