Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Somewhat. But I mostly felt ignored. Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen Was this podiatrist friendly? Polite Enough

Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this podiatrist's office? Yes Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? Not one bit! I felt much better when I left! Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I wish they had a few more staff members on hand. They weren't severely understaffed but it was obvious they could've used more help. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, they were immaculate! Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!
