I’m very disappointed in the Ford Company and Glen Sain dealership. I purchased my 2017 Ford Expedition new 3 years ago. The warranty expired in June. Last week a warning light came on about the 4x4. I took it to the dealership and they said it was a switch. I have never used the 4x4 Ford would not grace the warranty that had expired less than 2 months ago. But I was more disappointed when I got my bill. I dropped my vehicle off at 9:29 they called to tell me it was ready at 10:02 They charged me $178.50 for labor and anothe... read more
