Just say no to this apartment complex. DON'T MOVE HERE. Seriously, I know a lot of apartment get poor reviews all the time, but heed my words on this one. I've lived here for over two years and haven't moved only because moving somewhere else would be much more expensive at this point because of the Bay Area rental market. * If you have one of the apartments right along Hesperian, you will hear cars with very loud engines roaring down the road at maximum throttle or doing donuts across the street on Bolero quite frequently. ... read more

Too Expensive Good size apartments, plenty of closet space but they need to upgrade the apartments, utilities are not included,the swimming pools are big but freezing cold and not a single chair or tanning bed to sit. The rent goes up frequently. I'm currently looking for a new apartment.
