Dr. Jacob was very rude and dismissive, wouldn’t make eye contact, cut me off and didn’t spend more than 30 seconds in my room. I ended up having much more significant health issues diagnosed later on, and he wouldn’t give me the time of day to talk about what I was experiencing
I went to see Dr. Jacob regarding numbness in my right hand caused by carpel tunnel. My very first visit I made Dr.Jacob aware of the details of my job, where I type and use a computer for 100% of my day, for a total of 20 years - over 1,000 clicks a day, details that I mentioned in my visit with Dr. Jacob.
