Crystal is the most unprofessional person i have ever personally come across. My lovely first interaction with her was being alerted one night to a women yelling into my apartment from outside in the distance. I go on my balcony to find a women on her balcony across the sidewalk from me yelling, "do you know who i am?!!?!?". I calmly replied with no ma'am and i continued to get yelled at about how she was the manager and how she was trying to watch tv with it being a few minutes past 10 pm.
