Really - I think the apartment layout and general condition deserve a higher rating - at least a good or better. Although, I can't for the life of me, figure out why they put white carpet in the apartment. I have nice windows also. 1. This month. the company instituted Valet Waste. And Waste it is - of my money - $25 a month to act as a redundancy to the trash bins that are a few footsteps away from the building. Staff is awesome. They know you by name. Maintenance knows what they're doin. Homey feel to the whole place. Oh ya, POOLS & HOT TUB ARE AWESOME! ...and the state of the art Fitness Center!
What do I think about Westhills Apartments in Lakewood? Overall, my experience at Westhills apartments in a 9 month contract has been a complete disappointment. We have had disfunctional appliances the entire duration. Maintenance does respond however, there is a problem with getting things fixed The charges are outrageous. We left the apartment in pristine condition and turned our keys in, however failed to get any of our security deposit back as well as our $400 pet deposit and have had to pay a bit more after we vacated. ... read more
