Garbage, fake company, will delete reviews wants way to much personal information! As someone who hires for multiple roles, in multiple countries, we never ever ever utilize Glassdoor and we recruit, retain, and empower some of ************** in our industry! Stop spamming ** Glassdoor, you will never get a half cent from my cold dead hands!

This website is a big fraud becuase you can't trust the company ratings or reviews. Whenever an employer requests that a review be deleted, glassdoor will do so without cause or any notice to the employee. I have seen this done many times, and some of my business associates concur.

I recently signed up with Glassdoor to search for new employment. Since then, I am getting about 7 calls a day from unknown numbers. These unknown callers are leaving messages and texts offering me a job. Their companies are unknown and their phone numbers are untraceable. Oddly, ALL "recruiters" are Indian/Mediterranean and ALL of the jobs offered are in ****. I live in *****?? Several personal information goes into getting a job and I fear someone with less knowledge will be a victim of identity theft or worse.

No way to unsubscribe from email alerts. Have tried for a couple of months to unsubscribe from the daily/weekly email updates and found two different ways to opt out on the website and app, but neither of the unsubscribe buttons I found were functional. Just got an error message every time. Stop inundating my inbox!

As many have pointed out here and elsewhere, Glassdoor has a practice of removing reviews without any recourse for the person who posted the review/s. When asked about reviews being removed, Glassdoor will simply say you did not follow the guidelines, without any specifics. You are then prohibited from leaving ANY review for ANY company thereafter. This reflects poorly on the transparency and honesty that Glassdoor claims to have and artificially manipulates reviews that thousands of people rely on for choosing a company to ... read more

They flat out delete negative reviews that are honest at the company's request. It's not only false advertisement, it's a form of bullying. They deleted ALL of my reviews, not just one. With no reason as to why they deleted them, even when there was nothing inflammatory in my reviews, just that the company wasn't perfect.

Glassdoor’s policy clearly states that a current employee or a past employee can post a review of your company on their page. We have an individual that has never actually worked at our company nor met the staff and they have been allowed to post two negative and damaging reviews on Glassdoor about our company. We have contacted them several times about these and provide substantial information but each time the have declined our pleas for removal despite the evidence. Stating that the two inaccurate reviews are within their... read more

I have followed the better business bureau for 8 years, however, I have been more active on the site, for the past 4 years. I have noticed that reviews on businesses have been removed from the Glassdoor wesbites, as if company's are able to pay Glassdoor to remove the reviews that they do not like or agree with. The issue with this, is that it falsifies the actual concerns and views that faculty and staff has had with company's. The mission and value of the organization has been tarnished, knowing that it can not be trusted.... read more

I posted one job listing on Glassdoor. I did not see the initial price for the service (even though I was told it was stated when I entered my credit card info). I specifically remember having to enter credit card information to post a job on the site. NO WHERE did it say that it would cost $199.00 or that I would have to cancel within seven days - Glassdoor did not alert me of this charge either - I saw it on my bank statement two days later. Glassdoor did not honor a refund either when I canceled my service that same day, ... read more
