The worst rip-off imaginable A 13" x 15" pane of glass in a French Door broke. I called these people and they wanted $35 to do the estimate which I said OK to. When they showed up, the kid quoted me $225 for the job. For a 13 x 15 piece of glass! I asked for the Labor Rate and he said $155 per hour! I told them to go to hell. This is the worst rip off I've ever seen. I'm seething. Stay away from this company unless you want to pay unimaginable labor rates.
Terrible Service I had just the opposite experience with Glass Doctor- They did not show up at the time they said they would-nor did they call to let me know they would be running late- they were NOT the cheapest-but the most expensive? The girl on the phone was unsure of here quote and did not seem like she knew what she was talking about- Very unprofessional- Would NOT use again- They promise you everything but don't come thru- Bad
Quick, cheap, convenient! When someone broke my small rear triangle window to steal merchandise from the inside of my car, people estimated that I would be paying 400-500$ to get the thing replaced. What a hassle - how could I take my car anywhere with a broken window? The compromised security made my car totally useless, but I had to go to work in the morning.
