Bad Installation We remodeled our bathroom. We wanted to install a large mirror over a double sink vanity and install light fixtures on the mirror. After taking the measurements, we were promised a 10 working day delivery. It took over 20 working days and the holes for the light fixtures were cut too big. World Class Indeed! 90 days ago I bought a townhome with windows galore. Discovered a break in transome window above french doors in my great room. Glass Doctor technician, Mike, came out, examined the break and suggested break likely was the cause by construction maneuver during installation. Sure enough he found the culprit; a nail that struck the glass weakening it below the casement and with the extraordinary heat during the summer 2010 the sheet slowly cracked. Great Work I had called to get a quote for a frameless shower and wanted it done by the time my family had arrived from out of town. These guys came out and took the measurements, quoted me a fair price, and had it installed in a week! My mom loved it and now wants her's done to.
Highly Recommend I was serviced by the Glass Doctor in Gardena. They were cool and worked fast. They guy came out and replaced my windshield like within the 2hrs I booked the appointment. I would used them again.
Love The Windows! I look at my house now and couldn't be happier! I had new insulated windows installed around the house and it didnt take long for them to get it done. I was so lucky to get a Saturday appointment because I work on the weekends and they were in & out before I had to leave. Long story- short...Geat customer service and in the future I would use them again.
Definitely Earned My Business My wife and I both had chips on our windshields but of course hers decided to spread and it happened so fast. So of course I had to pay for both windshields because our insurance company doesnt cover it. I called the Glass Doctor after calling a few other companies and they were able to match the cheapest quote I had gotten. They met me at my job and serviced both cars.
Best Service Company I've had in My Home I recently had Glass Doctor replace a broken window in my home and they were fast, super nice, on time, and totally professional. Andy was my technician and he put shoe covers on his feet, gave me a price out of a standard pricing book and completed the job in less than 90 minutes. He also gave me a can of Glass Cleaner which is great.I would totally recommend this company and now they are doing a shower for my father in law!
We Won't Use Them Ever Again We called this company to fix our business front door, as it wasn't closing all the way. Their "diagnostic" consisted of stating the obvious: the door was not closing.We suggested that maybe switching our door would fix the problem, but the technician stated that wasn't necessary, that he would fix the problem. After about 20 minutes, he finished the job and charged us $155.About a 8 days later we find out nothing was fixed, the problem remains the same. Great Service, Great Qualityy, Fair Price I was sooo happy with the service I received from Glass Doctor. They charged me $35 diagnostic fee to estimate some glass work in my home, and the service guy came ina uniform, wore surgical shoe covers when he came in my house and answred all of my questions with confidence. I hired them to do a new heavy glass shower, some mirror work, and I even had them fix a chip in my windshield.
