I called the office in Little Rock this past Thursday because one of the windows in my bedroom slammed shut and cracked all to pieces. I had to work on Friday so we scheduled for Monday and they called to confirm on Sunday said they would be there late morning and would call before they came. On Monday about 11 am Brian called to say that he would be there in about 15 mins....he was right on time had my window replaced within 30 minutes. Thank you Glass Doctor. The service I received both scheduling the appointment and when Asa came out and did the work was quick and businesslike. Have one issue to address but expect nothing less competent in getting it resolved. In all, a pleasant experience!
Asa was able to come earlier than originally promised which really helped me out on my tight schedule. He was fast and personable and did a good job. Thanks! I'd recommend you to anyone.

Have had 2 windshields replaced in 3 months and service was excellent, timely and efficient. Service without leaving my house. Very professional and friendly,. A real person answers the phone and schedules the appointments as well. Highly recommend!!!
