Asa my glass repairer was great need more like him...good job glass Doctor..
After a large rock chipped my husband's windshield, he took it to Glass Doctor so it could be sealed. The next day we noticed 20-25 drops of glue/clear residue all over his hood. They would not come off. He took it back to them and they basically refused to assume any responsibility and were adamant that it was from something else, likely from parking under a tree. We assured them it had not been parked under anything, since we live in a newer subdivision and currently have zero trees on our property. Still no help from them... read more

Well.. my dad just got charged $90 the fix two rock chips.. and they're still there.

I am sorry if you had expectations of a chip repair completely disappearing. Chip repairs are structural not cosmetic. We are performing the repair to ensure the glass does not continue to crack further. While we hope that when a repair is finished it will look better, we, and everyone else in the industry, will never guarantee it will go away. Terrible service , untrained installers ! 4 trips , 3 installers and had to take window apart and fix myself ! Would not recommend to anyone !
Dave did a good job even though it was raining. He was nice and courteous. You should give Dave and glass doctors a try if you need your glass repaired.
