The tech they sent out was unorganized didn't have the tools to remove my windshield in my truck and caused damage to the interior and exterior of my truck. Can't say I don't recommend them just not that guy. Don't remember the name.
We were scheduled to have Glass Doctor of Hot Springs come to our home to replace our broken windshield. Glass doctor called and said we need you to bring your car in on your appointment day because it was raining. My husband paid the deductible of $50. Glass doctor worker scratched the side of my car with one of their trucks. They denied it. The height of the extended bumper was the same height as the scratch in my car.
