Never answered there phone, Never returned there voice mail.
First of all this nice gentleman came in very politely and his personality was wonderful.... He came in and was very respectful and held great conservation with me and still managed to get the job done properly. He was very kind and he did an outstanding job. His name was Thomas. Thank you Thomas. We need more employees like you! Hope to see you again. You made it very pleasant this morning. You know your stuff. Looks wonderful. Merry Christmas. Came out to give me an estimate on fixing fog windows which they advertise they do. Cut my window took it apart and never got back to me a week later after a couple of tries I finally got hold of them they said they couldn't do the job they advertised they could do. Didn't have the decency to call me back and just tell me they were unqualified

Filed a claim for my windshield through my insurance. I choose here due to all the good reviews. I waited 4 days and still heard no response from them. So I called and spoke with a guy who said my claim must of got overlooked/forgotten. He found my claim and he did apologize and said he would call me back in 30 minutes as he was on another call.
