Beware, if you want to loose your deposit, you can rent here, I vacated my apartment on Dec 30th, and I am still struggling to get back my deposit, I am getting back only 210 out of 450 $, as of today I am still struggling to get back my money.

Horrible assistance from staff. I have had numerous loud noises from upstairs. I was informed to contact courtesy patrol after staff asked me, "how long did noise last at 5:45 am. Sorry, I did not set a stop watch??? It woke me up, Is that not enough???? Responded

Well...was really looking forward to moving into these apartments... Had to put move off a couple times due to family passing, or family member serious injured. But now they want money for another credit check after we have passed it twice. Not only that...it runs our credit down every time its checked. Really don't think it is necessary to pay another $150 to run a credit check that you already have done. I'm ready to move... But not if I have to repay all these fees... Just don't think it's fair. Can't wait to move in to these beautiful apartments. Everything about them really stood out to my wife and i. I mean what apartment complex has a movie theater and smoke free buildings with elevators! Not to mention our perfect view of the pond that changes color at night! Absolutely perfect for my family!
