Been here almost 2 years--we really like it. Family friendly community and it's pretty quiet. The clubhouse is nice...staff are helpful and pleasant. Our neighbors are all pretty cool. In the spring and fall, there's a bunch of honeysuckle that bloom in the woods to the west of the property--they smell lovely. Overall, great place. Hey, Glass Creek..You should do a breakfast thing at the clubhouse one of these days. Pancakes, sausage, OJ...can we make that a thing? 6:30 would be PERFECT! Omelet station...eggs Benedict?

Stuck up staff, pushy sales for a bad product. Apartments are noisy with thin walls, lots of pet waste, etc. Office staff will ignore any emailed requests or phone messages and if you go into the office in person they act like you are rude for walking in!

Resort style living! Very clean and very safe! We love it here!
Great Location, good response to maintenance requests, nice staff. The gate is broken a lot and the office staff turn over is so high that none of the people here 1 year ago are here today, but overall a very nice experience here. We signed on for another year because it is so nice.
